“Traveling is an investment in yourself.” While you may not be able to invest in yourself by roaming the streets in Paris or enjoying pasta on a balcony in Italy right now, you can rediscover the places near you. Airbnb offers the most luxurious to the most architecturally stunning stays for domestic travel right here in the states.
It’s made me so happy to plan how to rediscover the beautiful things the US has to offer. California is top of my bucket list to discover because of its vast landscape ranging from dreamy coastline views in Malibu to secluded cabins overlooking a serene landscape, I’ve scoped out some amazing locations that will have you ready to check them out as soon as possible.
First is in Palm Springs, California:
This property is designed with one of the kind décor and architecture. The natural lighting is one of my favorite parts this house offers. Not only is the inside immaculate down to gorgeous tiled floors, but it is in a great location right near the downtown area with restaurants, the palm springs museum, and shopping.
Second is near Joshua Tree, California:
Not only is this light and airy space nestled 15 minutes away from Joshua tree, but the reviews boast about the magnificent sunrises and sunsets viewed from this stay. Between the bright white walls and light wood fixtures, it gives the coziest yet styled feel.
Third is in Lake Arrowhead, California:
Aesthetically pleasing open windows were the first thing that grabbed my attention for this property steps away from the Lake Arrowhead trail. This home has all the right details of comfort (like a cozy fireplace and rugs) while still keeping a modern and classy feel (patterned tile and fun light fixtures). There is a good reason it’s hard to grab an available date for this stunning stay.
Fourth is in Big Bear, California:
This mid-century cabin boasts of the perfect mountain getaway. The coolest part about this stay is it comfortably hosts up to eight people, so it is so cozy while still accommodating. The attached balconies sit atop an amazing view to enjoy with your morning coffee. It is not located too far out from ski slopes or hitting the town.
The fifth and final is in Malibu, California:
Anything by the beach is immediately top of the list for me. With views like these, you do not need much. But that did not take away from this stay being immaculate in every detail. From amazing natural light windows out to the beach front view to the airy white décor it truly is stunning. Look no further for the most magnificent beachfront property.
